Alcohol Defense stack question

The label says it contains pyridoxal 5-phosphate but does not specify the dosage (I understand it’s a proprietary blend). But can anyone affiliated with the product tell me if the b6 content of two pills is equivalent or less than the RDI? Asking because high doses of P5P in the 20-50mg range make me feel very bad and I want to make sure I’m not getting too much before trying this product.

Two capsules is absolutely less than the RDI. We would never put at or over an RDI for a single dose of anything that people could react poorly to. So same same goes for zinc, magnesium, etc. We actually plan out what Natrium stacks people might take together, and ensure that we don't go over the RDI for the combos, too. So since people might take sleep and immune together, we made sure that you would not go over the RDI for zinc with the combo. Don't worry, we're thinking of these things.
