Change in capsule size

Just received my package of noopept, fasoracetam and coluracetam today! I noticed that this time, the 30mg noopept is in smaller capsules than before. Same thing with the faso (although this change took place last time I ordered it in January).
I trust that the capsules contain the same amount of product, so I imagine that Nootropics Depot has just reduced the amount of fillers to fit it in a smaller capsule. Can anyone confirm?
Not a big deal, only reason I’m slightly bummed is that I always open the caps to take the powder sublingually and then reuse the caps for other powders whose taste I can’t deal with (agmatine sulfate, also from ND). I know I could just buy empty caps and also buy the powder form of these racetams to take sublingually, but I like not having to measure my doses!

Yes ma'am, we have been reducing capsules sizes to reduce the amount of fillers for a little while now. We are also reducing the bottle sizes down once we reduce the capsule sizes as well. This is because we have access to more tooling sizes in our encapsulation lines, and can more appropriately size the capsules for the amount of active ingredient in them. We also added in a 250cc bottle into out lineup, so that we don't have to jump all the way up to the 400cc for sizes that are just a bit too large for our regular 150cc. We are trying to streamline our production, more accurately size our packaging, and to reduce waste. Many people also prefer less fillers. So we are reducing or eliminating them when possible. Nothing is changing about the amount of active ingredients, though. Those are all staying the same.
