Black Seed Oil at 5% TQ with the recommend dosage of 200mg per days get you 10mg of Thymoquinone orally.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but assuming the extract is 5% you would need to take 10,2 gram /12.3 = 829 mg of Black seed extract at 6mg/Kl if you are 85 kilo like my fat ass.
So is a smaller dose of thymoquinone in human could have an effect on the growth of tumor?

You're looking at 800-900mg of a 5% thymoquinone extract to match the above study's dosage in mice. That doesn't mean that is the ideal dose for humans, though. This was a study meant to show statistical significance in their model. So the ideal dose for humans could be lower than that.
For mice you usually take the dose, multiply it by 4, then divide by 37 to get HED. For rats you use the multiplier of 6. So X*6/37 for rats. Those are just loose translations, though. It's not an exact science.
