About the dates on COA

As a preface, I will say that I've spent over 1500€ on Ceretropics and NootropicsDepot combined. I've trusted the company and I want to continue doing so.
However, I can't help but notice a growing disregard for guaranteeing that the consumer is getting an adequate product. For example, the Curcumin 95% COA dates back to 2016, and, even with good storing conditions, given that curcumin is known to be quite susceptible to degradation due to heat, moisture and oxygen, it would be reasonable to think the product would be spoiled by now.
Due to the volume of goods ND supposedly manages, the batch of which the present COA is surely must have been replaced but why haven't further COAs been put forward? Now, I know that ND supposedly moved towards in-house testing to decrease costs but how am I supposed to be satisfied with the simple word of a multimillion dollar company?
I hope you can answer me satisfyingly. I have just bought several curcumin products for my beloved mother and wouldn't want to end up harming her due to my recklessness and misguided trust.
