It doesn't appaear to be Magtein, but otherwise it might be the cheapest way to get large amounts of this form of magnesium. Was wondering if anyone here tried it, yet, and what they thought of it.

Original magtein beside being lighter is not burning so much and is more grainy.

It's the exact same. We've analyzed both our and Magtein, and they are identical. We also test every incoming bulk container of every batch, every time. We also have organoleptic testing for every container. Nothing is getting out to customers with solvent residue, period.
Regardless, we are moving to Magtein because of patent rights. I've been using ours daily, and the Magtein we got in is the same. A powder's graininess is dependent on the milling size used. I can take granular sugar and crush it with a mortar and pestle, and it will become powdered sugar. Nothing changed chemically by doing that. It just affected the grain size.
