Thank you sir. I’m also curious about your Krill Oil with Astaxanthin. I’ve been taking bioastin which is 12mg of astax, but I’ve read that krill oil helps make it more available. Not sure if it’s worth dropping down from 12mg though. Anything else that you think can help with oxidative stress in the retina would be appreciated.

Currently taking lions mane, Longvida curcumin, NAC, astaxanthin, and jarrow vision optimizer for my eyes plus vitamin d, mag theoranate, zinc, and shalijit for non eye benefits.

The Astaxanthin in our krill oil is more for stability rather than direct effects. If you are looking for the benefits of Astaxanthin itself, I would stick to your Bioastin. Your stack looks pretty good for what you are looking for.

Lions mane 8:1 extract on amazon has an F on fakespot. Why?

Replying to Fakespot · We can see why this thread would gain a lot of attention due to the F grade for an ND product. Before I dive into the grading, let's talk about the grade itself and what it means.

Hey, Fakespot! Didn't expect that. I am going to forewarn you, this will be a long one. I am going to go into a lot of detail, and I am going to pepper sarcasm and criticism in along the way. Just be prepared (peppered?)

Ahh, that's right. Paul Stamets same up with that niacin theory. He's an idiot when it comes to chemistry and pharmacology, though. I think the niacin thing is total bullshit, but I will speak to our PhD lion's mane rese

I figured I would do another test today. Vignatex, Cognance, KSM-66, supercritical coriander, lion's mane 8:1, and our 9% reishi. Man, it was really nice! I skipped the Sabroxy just to see if a less pushy experience was
