Why do I not feel anything at 2g?

I'm a pretty skinny dude and have zero tolerance to this stuff. First time I tried it was 250mg empty stomach, waited an hour before eating. Got nothing so I waited a week in between each experiment and increased 250mg each time. I've made it to 2g and still feel absolutely nothing. Maybe slightly more calm and tired but no social benefits.
Do I need to try 2.5 or 3g? I'm thinking at this point I would have felt at least a little bit of the "social magic". Ive read reports on here that most people feel it around 1.5 and some even less than that. Did I get a bad batch perhaps? I bought it from Ceretropic which is a pretty reputable company from what I understand, though it may have sat in a hot mailbox for a couple of hours before I was able to get it. I don't know if heat has a significant effect on degradation or not.

was this in capsule form (like 250mg capsules) or are you just ingesting the pure powder?
there's a chance that Ceretropic is not actually giving 250mg or whatever in each capsule like they may be claiming. If it's only say 200mg, then you think you are taking 1g but its actually only 800mg. Might make a difference... I've noticed a discrepancy in capsule weight with a number of different phenibut companies.

We don't sell capsules on Ceretropic; only on ND. We also QA/QC capsule weight before okaying for sale. In certain cases, when customers have really pushed, we have sent a bottle of capsules off to another 3rd party lab, and had them weigh and quantify the average amount of active ingredient per capsule. Nothing has ever been off. Not saying it is never possible, but we have procedures in place that should catch them. OP is talking about powder, though.
