Fenclonine
Original post in this thread

The effects of serotonin depletion from fenclonine are so drastic that serotonin cannot even be detected immunohistochemically within the first day after administration of a control dose. Tryptophan hydroxylase activity can be detected neither in cell bodies or nerve terminals.
It is hard to find this stuff.

getting rid of your serotonin has a lot of benefits. Bodybuilders use it to increase testosterone, it decreases depression, decreases anxiety, increases other neurontransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine, increases GABA, decreases fatigue, increases energy, improves cognitive function, reduces itching, improves memory, decreases body temperature, improves attention, improves decision making, decreases the frequency to urinate, improves OCD,
thats all I can think of right now that I remember reading but im sure you can find more if you look it up.
Have you seen this study Social anxiety linked to high lvls of serotonin?

The forum RAYPEAT has a lot of info on this serotonin stuff and why it is bad you should check it out. theres actually quite a few people that wanna reduce their serotonin lvls.

It also makes you feel suicidal. Reduction in the TPH enzyme is one of the main causes for the rebound depression after MDMA use. Fenclonine doesn't just lower serotonin. It's an irreversible inhibitor of tryptophan hydroxylase. It completely stops serotonin production. That's no good.
I can see why you might want to lower serotonin levels if they are too high. However, this is like atom bombing your serotonin production factories. It's a bad bad idea. Please do not take fenclonine. Studies showed that it took a full 2 weeks for TPH levels to recover. Then TPH levels were actually higher than starting. So your serotonin levels will be nothing for 2 weeks, then you will actually have higher rebound serotonin.
