Medicinal mushroom drug contradictions?

I've consumed just about every single nootropic that is readily available on today's marketplace without so much as a second thought, however, for some reason I can't put my finger on, I am hesitant to start experimenting with medicinal mushrooms.
I just received NDs medicinal mushroom sample pack of Red Reishi, Maitake, Cordycepts, and Lion's Mane (forgive my spelling). The only one I tried so far was Lion's Mane, which effectively kicked me out for about an hour before I forced myself to get up and shake off the shroom induced sleepiness with a cup of sulbutiamine.... Other than that, I didn't notice any effects from Lion's Mane.
Now I am on an antibiotic regimine to help fight off an infection caused by a mild case of road rash. I know that many antibiotics are sourced from fungi, at least in part, but I'm not sure how the Minocycline I am taking will interact with any of the aforementioned medicinal mushrooms, if at all.
Does anyone have any experience combining antibiotics with these mushroom extracts? Does anyone care to make an educated guess?
Side note: I'm still in a lot of pain from the road rash and would love it if one of these mushrooms has pain management proper…

None of the mushrooms should have a significant adverse interaction with minocycline. However, minocycline is known to cause stomach upset, and larger dosages of mushrooms have done similar things to me in the past. So that would probably be one to watch out for.
As for pain, I would say the Reishi would be the most likely to help, by lowering inflammation.
