What shipping method is recommended

A bullshit situation with UPS next day prompts me to ask what the best shipping method to use is, since it's certainly not the most expensive one. I think I've had 3 or 4 orders that went well in the past, but my user account was deleted so I can't check out which shipping method I used then.

If I can ask you a random question while I have your attention, what's the deal with nasal sprays, mainly, do I have to use both nostrils or could I potentially use one as long as I gave it a bit of time between each spray? I think I have a deviated septum to the point where i can't really get the applicator into one side. Thanks.

You can use one or both. If you use one, you just need to give enough time between sprays to allow the previous to absorb.
