Are CC payments accepted for order outside the US?

I get the following error when attempting to checkout: Your account cannot currently make live charges.

Also i cannot change the country in the billing information form, only United States is available.

There seems to be an issue with the dataset in the CC checkout. It's only pulling the US as the country. It should be pulling the country/state from your billing address. We are working to fix it, though. Our intention is to enable CC processing for both domestic and international customers.
