ND, What happened, down time?

I don't know what is going on with ND, I thought they were an amazing vendor for nootropics(that was reddit said). They are fast, good quality and have a great customer service. Sadly that has not been my experience with them.
1) placed my order on the 22nd(I had problem clicking on the wrong place and I could not submit my payment)
2) I submitted my payment on 23rd (which was pretty fast)
3) 24th Money was out from my account.
4) 25th, 26th, and 27th nothing on my order.
5) 27th Sent a message asking about my order(no respond)
5) 28th or 27th my order was cancelled and I don't know why.
Please I'm a bit desperate at this point.

I get it, I apologize for my confusion. I also read that you had tons of requests yesterday and I was one of those. I see that you guys indeed are fast, sent an email got a respond in seconds? 1 minute? great!
Please give Markayla the highest rating on customer service. She explained everything to me, I just tend to misread.

No worries! Mondays are always busy, due to the backlog from Saturday night and Sunday. I can't even imagine what would happen if we did not work on Saturdays. I might have to consider having a smaller Sunday shift at some point.
