And of course no post about new Ceretropic products is complete without asking about what's happening with P21. I thought P21 was gonna one of the first new compounds that will be put on the site.

I can't help but wonder what P21 and Epitalon would do together. Is there a reason they would contraindicate? As I understand, P21 is greatly enhanced by enkephalinase inhibition. Or is it the other aspects of Semax that seem to produce this synergy?

Nothing that I have noticed. I've combined them many times, along with Semax. They go well together in my experience. The only thing I have noticed is that sometimes I can get a histamine response if I combine P21 with Semax. It goes away after regular use, but it's annoying when first starting a cycle.
