Trying to purchase through your CC mode of payment and it keeps declining my transaction...Anyone else have this problem?

Are you domestic or international? If you are international, go into your saved addresses, and select a state. If your country does not have a state, just select "Not Applicable" and that will be fine. Our card processor needs to see some data in the "state" field come through, even if the country does not have states.

If you are domestic, it could be because your bank is denying the charge (due to it being a bank in Hong Kong), or you have tried too many times in a day (4 is the limit). Our new systems are also MUCH MORE closed down to prevent fraud and chargebacks. So some people who have filed chargebacks before are automatically denied when trying to make a charge. Some valid people will inevitably get caught in the filters, but we are locked down pretty hard to protect ourselves.
