C&D notices are one thing, but whoever makes the call to undercut their own financial runway in order to crack down on potential investor incentive demo cases, e.g. "Look, all these people already use it without authorization, we just need money to legalize it so we can monopolize it" would be an idiot and not be acting in Neuralstem's best interest.
Alas, this appears to be precisely what they are doing - which is great for everyone who isn't Neuralstem since their bankruptcy is a pre-requisite for people to be able to manufacture and use NSI-189 as a non-prescription Nootropic.
Having to wait for one outcome or another is frustrating, though.

Perhaps. However, I would not want to be the one to test it, and see if they are bluffing or not. This latest $30 million is going to keep them running for a little while. Only time will tell where it is all going to end up.
