How long does it take for fasoracetam to effect GABA B?

I've taken baclofen regularly for years and figured fasoracetam would help with the tolerance, so I take a day or 2 off weekly from baclofen to dose fasoracetam. I think it's helping but I can't really say for sure.
I didn't see the studies give an estimated time, just that it upregulates gaba-b over time or with regular use. I'm wondering if I should take it for a few weeks while holding off on the baclofen?

Here is the relevant study, if anyone has access. I have been wondering about this question for a while, and I can't find the answer.
one weird thing that I noticed when looking for more information is that this website, http://adisinsight.springer.com/drugs/800003134 lists fasoracetam as a GabaB antagonist which is wrong as far as I know. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb , is this just incorrect? This is the only citation about fasoracetam in your article about racetams, so I just thought that was weird. I have read your post explaining the mechanism of upregulating GabaB through adenylate Cyclase, and I just want to make sure that is correct. Also, do you know the answer to the question OP is asking?

They just have it listed wrong. You have to search for NS-105 to really get good info on Fasoracetam.
