Original post in this thread

hey guys.
I want to try piracetam and i think about ordering it from ceretropic.
Is it easy to ship it to germany or is there trouble getting it through customs?
And if there are problems, is there an alternative that's easier to get?
Thank you in advance

Sorry for bugging you so many times already, but care to shed any light on the success rate? 100% ?
I've usually had better luck with shipments which have gone through customs declaration in the sending country and the contents have been under the value when you need to start paying VAT on the imported goods. Also faster courier services would seem to come through on higher chance.
The problem with Finland and Nordics + even Estonia is that the customs have the right to do almost anything here. The customs sometimes also ask for classification of a substance from the national drug administration after confiscation so that they can then destroy the shipment. It's a very gray area because the drug administration can and will classify anything as a drug as they please, even if the substance is not obtainable through a prescription or has no medical use.
Then we have some rather weird cases where stuff like eicosapentaenoic acid has been classified as a drug, but you can still import it even from the US if it's being used as a supplement.

The last package that we had an issue with in Finland was over a year ago. We have not had any recent issues getting things in there. Also, of the 40 shipments we have sent, I only see issue on 3.
I agree that lower value shipments are more likely to not have issues, and expedited shipping seems to be more reliable. However, each customs agent is different, and they could just deny it if they wanted to. They seem to have been lenient the past year, though.
