Awaiting Fullfillment for 2 days...

How long do items take to ship from Ceretropic? I placd an order with one day shipping in the hopes itll make it here before I left for my cruise but my order still says :awaiting fullfillment". Whats the best way of reaching their support? I submitted a question after I ordered but there is still no response

"Your order will be shipping out today. Since your order was placed after close of business on Saturday evening, your order will ship today. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any other questions, just let us know. "

Yeah, we are only in the office Monday through Saturday. Any orders that come in after close on Saturday, go out Monday morning. Customer support is also only in Mon-Sat. So there can be a little delay in response over the weekend.
