Semax and Selank Combination

I'm planning on buying "N-Acetyl Semax Amidate Spray"and "N-Acetyl Selank Spray".

I'm wondering what is the most effective product for either compound. What do the "N-acetyl" and "amidate" groups do to the molecules? I've heard that they may increase stability of the molecules and/or increase lipophilicity.

What nasal spray doses would you recommend for an 18 year old? I might consider subcutaneous administration later in life. Also, how does the nasal spray work?

How long do you think the 100 mcg nasal sprays last? Also, I just received them. Should I store them in the refrigerator? Also, would 200 mcg per day in the morning for both Semax and Selank sound like a healthy amount?

Yes, store them in the fridge. Usually you will get about 60 sprays in a bottle. 200mg of each in the AM is a good reasonable dose. It might take a week for effects to build, though. Larger dosages are more acute. It just depends on the person, though.

Peptides are most stable in acidic conditions. When you start to make the solutions more basic, then hydrolysis becomes more likely.

Shaking should not be an issue with smaller peptides like this. The caution for that is more for larger ones like CJC-1295 and TB-500. I am not sure how legitimate of a concern that is, though. They are more like protein
