Would Ceretropic be interested in doing this compound?

Hi again. Just wanted to know one more thing. Some of chemical companies claim that epicatechin should be stored subzero or few celsius temperature. Is this true ?

Higher heat and higher pH lower stability of epicatechin. Subzero is a bit overkill, though. Those are probably from analytical testing companies that want to ensure absolute potency for studies and analytical testing. They always suggest storing things in subzero temps for stability. In consumer practice, just keeping it out of high heat and high pH environments should suffice. Even so, there are ways to improve the stability of epicatachin, by creating complexes with it. That might be something we do.
