Cocoa powder has 158mg of (-)-epicatechin for every 100g of powder. Dosages of (-)-epicatechin are usually 25mg twice a day. So if you wanted to get those dosage, you would have to consume a fairly large dose of Chocamine.

Our Green Tea extract actually has 6.6% (-)-epicatechin. So for every 350mg dose of our extract, you are getting 23.1mg of (-)-epicatechin. That would be a better option. It also has 15% Epigallocatechin, 7.7% Epicatechin Gallate, and 50% Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG).
