Why Berberine isn't much discussed here?

It seems like a "panacea". It has tons of good properties, like tryglicerides, blood glucose and cholesterol reduction, increase in exercise capacity, and it is a bit anti depressant.

Any sucess history here with berberine? Which brand is the most recommended? I'll buy Swanson I think, it's very cheap.

If it's cheaper than Thorne, I would buy this. Recently contacted 5 of the berberine capsule producers on Amazon, and one bulk source. None of them would provide me with any info on testing, CoAs, etc.

Not surprising. What would be surprising is if they were doing appropriate testing.
My issue right now is that Sigma Aldrich discontinued their Berberine HCL standard. I can get different salts, but not HCL. That makes our testing more complex. Still doable, but more work.
