Any one familiar with the Semax nasal spray bottles?

This post is a little different. My N-acetyl semax nasal spray came in from Ceretropic today. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to get the bottle to work and there weren't any instructions. The plastic of what I believe is the nasal tip is closed off and does not easily come off. Am I supposed to use pliers to remove it or use something sharp to puncture a hole? This is frustrating. Please help.

Edit: Wow, thanks guys. I got it to work! Turns out the hole was really there but it was just hard to see. I pumped it a couple times like you suggested and it worked. Now I'm just hoping the Semax works.

You have to take the clear cap off the top, and the little clip preventing the nozzle from pressing down.

You can see the two pieces taken off.

Then pump a couple times to prime the nozzle, and spray into your nose.

Push down the nasal sprayer quickly, or it will just drop out. You need to get some force behind it, so that it sprays nicely. Also, always hold it upright when spraying. Tilting it causes issues. I have had my guys man
