Tianeptine is not made in a nasal spray. N-Acetyl Semax comes in 100mcg and 300mcg versions. I usually use two sprays of the 300mcg for myself. Some people use lower dosages, though.
Don't worry, it did not break down. The sprays are very stable. The cold pack is meant to be an extra precaution, and be a heat sink to stabilize the package. I've had nasal sprays out for over a month that work fine. 5
