Is no one concerned about the Fluoro addition to Phenibut being toxic?

Pardon my ignorance but I have read elsewhere that "fluoro" compounds can be toxic? Any input is appreciated!

I think you are thinking parachloro substituted amphetamine analogs, not fluoro. Carbon–fluorine bonds are some of the strongest bonds in chemistry. There were some Bluelight or Drugs-forum posts, by people that did not understand chemistry, spreading fears about fluoro substitutions being the same risk as chloro. However, that was just misinformation.
Side note: I just took 200mg F-Phenibut a couple hours ago. It seems okay. It's just a much faster onset of effects, and more potent. So far the subjective effects are the same as Phenibut HCL. I would agree with the 5X potency figure. This 200mg feels like 1g of regular Phenibut HCL. I'll have to see how the duration or rebound effects are.
