I have tried several times to go in and complete my order but I just keep getting timed out when I finish entering my card information. Anyone from the states know a way to submit a payment that isn't via Bitcoins or e-check?

Me too. Paypal won't allow Nootropic sales anymore. They think it's too risky. Nothing I can do to change it. If there was, I would do it.
