3g Phenibut with Alcohol

Just took 3g phenibut with 2 shots of alcohol. After doing so, I am worried about going to sleep for fear of respiratory depression when the phenibut kicks in. Is it safe to try to sleep?
Edit: additionally, 20mg of memantine, twice my normal dose.
