Is it necessary to take breaks, or cycle on/off when dosing semax daily?

Taking a couple hundred mcg nasally, can NA-SEMAX be used long-term?

What are the implications for using it long-term? What systems are negatively affected?

We need research behind things, if people are ever going to take nootropics seriously.

I would say 1-3 weeks. Just listen to your body.
