Deionized water is going to keep nasal sprays more stable than ionized water, for sure. If you keep it in the fridge, then regular bacteriostatic water should be sufficient. However, DI water will make the solutions more

No, you can do that. Just be aware that mixing different peptides into the same solution can reduce stability. There are differing charges and amino acid terminals, that can speed up the breakdown of the peptide bonds. I
