I'm just about to order 1g of Memantine, I'm sure I recall hearing some bad reports about them, I'll just get from Alldaychemist if thats true, as I like to get the dosing perfect with Memantine.
What they were answering

It looks like the HCBT-OX is supposed to be taken orally, 2-12mg/kg. Certainly looks hard to even achieve an ideal dose.
We are even patenting some of them now, before we bring them out. I don't want someone screwing us over because we did not cover our legal bases. I fully expect to eventually build a company as big as Neuralstem. Give me 10 years. If I fail, I will hang my head in shame.
I would happily support that. I fear large corporations handling the patents of important drugs like antidepressants, but you are well on the way to developing an ethical drug company from the ground up. Just don't forget to fractalize the ethics of your organization (write them large/small to fit each level, but in the same thought structure) as you expand so that they are never forgotten on any level of operation.
Give me 10 years, and I'll be a world-class neuropharmacologist. Maybe I'll come and work for your world-class company and we can have a world-class dinner together :). I would love to be a psychiatrist, except that all of the red tape the pharmaceutical industries spin over the profession has produced a spiderweb to catch the unwary mentally ill, draw them in, and inject them with drugs that will make them stop caring as the red tape engulfs them in a digestive cocoon (insurance/medicare, anyone?). It's disgusting, and I'll have no part of it. Research is where it's at, and…

I am going to do everything I can to ensure we build an ethical pharmaceutical research company. That means doing many things the hard way, and ensuring I keep full control over the company and patent rights. It's easy to get ahead of yourself with private equity funding, then lose control of your own company. Then you get to watch as the company you built starts screwing everyone. My way is going to take longer, but should work out in the end. And hey, I will have some failures along the way. It's not the successes of a company that determine its fate, but its failures, and how you work through them. Either you push through the setbacks, and keep your head up, or you resign yourself to defeat.
In 1.5 years, I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars; so much so that at one point, if I had lost any more money, I would have had to close Ceretropic. I've had setback after setback, with the FDA confiscating shipments, losing 5 payment processors, Paypal seizing $50,000, fake product being sent to us, my business partner going to jail, then fucking dying out of nowhere, and countless other things that I may talk about some day. There were days when I seriously considered it to be too much. I would be lying if I said there was never any doubt. Yet here we are.

Sounds like a plan!
