If pramiracetam causes burns in the mouth when taken orally, aren't the possible effects on the GI tract a little concerning?

No clue what the pH is, but just looking at past posts in the subreddit and it seems that it might legit cause mouth sores? Weird.

Pramiracetam will burn the shit out of your mucous membranes in your mouth. Not as bad as Pitolisant, but pretty bad. Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide is bad too.
