Thoughts on Nasal Administration

Im looking forward to make a nasal spray for peptides. Currently looking for Semax and P21.
I know Ceretropic already sells the Semax spray, but I have a unused Semax vial and I'm willing to try the nasal administration.
So, a quick search on the forum tells me bacteriostatic is not the best choice for the nasal spray, due to the little presence of alcohol. Maybe deionized water
1. Anyone has a nice, clear tutorial on how to make a nasal spray?
2. What are your choices for the liquid on the nasal spray?
For the first point we have this guide but some comments tell you that maybe is not that accurate, so i'm looking for some alternatives.

My semax vial is about 7 weeks after reconstitution, and has been refrigerated... is it still safe, or does it just lose potency?
I did not think it would last me that long, but I decided to cycle off for a week.

It's safe. It's probably still the same potency too. They are very stable peptides compared to something like CJC-1295 or HGH176-191. The acetyl peptides are even more stable, as is P21 with the adamantane moiety protecting it. However, I cannot give you hard numbers till we run some long-term stability testing. Even if they break down, it's just amino acids and smaller peptide fragments.
