After taking Phenibut for two years, I can share the pros and cons I've experienced while taking the compound with everyone here.
Body Stats and Dosage
For starters, Height 5,8. Weight 150lbs. Age 25, Male.
Now, I only socially use phenibut on weekends, 2-3 times per weekend (fri-sun). I started with 2g, and moved to 4g after finding my proper dosage. I'll take the dosage with either 2-3 sodas, or a single redbull/monster energy drink. I'll also take a multivitamin before and after. Even though it's not as powerful as molly/MDMA, I'd rather avoid any possible long term affects as phenibut is still being researched.
Pros
After 4-5 hours of consuming phenibut and caffeine, I begin feeling the dosage. I find myself amused by simpler things, and far more social than I wold normally be. I also have a better sense of attraction. I can easily tell if someone is attracted to me in as little as the eye contact we share in public. I also used to be a heavy alcohol drinker to treat my social anxiety, drinking almost every weekend. Phenibut completely removed my want of alcohol. I'll consider 1 drink at most when out socially, and generally prefer caffeine to alcohol. Music sounds lik…
