Has anyone bought noots direct from Chinese manufacturers? Such as NSI-189?

What they were answering

Yeah I've ordered some prl and some racetams. I figure if you are going to do it order from one of the big Chinese suppliers. The majority of what I have bought comes out of china anyway from the "reputable" vendors. The risk of getting scammed is low from a company that has been supplying the vendors on the beginner list IMO

We get scammed all the time still, and sent impure product from long time reliable vendors. It happens with every single Chinese supplier. I also speak to a lot of the other vendors out there, and hear about when they have issues. It happens a lot more than you realize. Literally every major Chinese supplier has sent fake or impure product at some point. There was only one I knew of that had not had any issues, and we just found out they sent impure stuff to a different vendor.

Should I expect to "feel" something from a Nootropic?

For healthy people, most racetams are going to be subtle. However, a lot of people out there have anxiety, depression, lethargy, brain fog, etc. For those people, racetams can be very noticeable. Also, the newer racetam
