Semax/Selank, questions about reconstitution + route of administration + air exposure

1. Has there been any formal research done on the efficacy of Semax when administered subcutaneously? I haven't found anything on this myself, and now I want to keep this post open to see if anyone is able to find what I'm looking for.
If you're interested in the studies I have found which have explored a few different ROA's (namely intranasal, intraperitoneal, intravenous), I will link one study now which can give you the basic idea of what I've been limited to find: [The Nootropic and Analgesic Effects of Semax Given via Different Routes]
EDIT: Post updated to only one question now.

If you want nasal and you are cheapskate enough to do it yourself, just use bacteriostatic water form cere and reconstitute in nasal spray bottle. Worked the charm after i realised i hate jabing myself.

Water that ceretropic uses for nasal is also bacteriostatic. It contains methylparaben* instead of benzyl alcohol. The fact that it is high quality deionized water makes the compound more stable. Bacteriostatic agent is required so bacteries won't gnaw on your precious peptides.

You don't want to expose peptides that you want to inject to microbial life suspended in air, or to introduce microbes to a solution that is suposed to last you a while.
Ad4.
There are microbes that don't need oxygen to thrive. I have no idea if they can thrive in vacuum, but there were bacteriae that came back on surface of the moon lander.

Consensus is that subq is ~100% bioavaible. When the compound has to cross mucus membranes, you have to have losses. No idea where it orginates from if not from research. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb has something on it, i'm sure.
*EDIT: fucked up compound name

Our nasal sprays are only $5 more than the equivalent vial. The bac water is $5.25. Then you have to buy the nasal bottle too, and take the time to make it. You are literally costing yourself more money doing it yourself. Haha
