How on earth do you use SEMAX

I've ordered 60mg vial of SEMAX from Ceretropic but it's arrived with no instructions and there's none on the website either. I've asked for information on how to use it but not received a reply.
I get that you inject sterile water into the vial then give self subcutaneous injections, I've no problem with that.
What I haven't the foggiest idea about, and really disappointed that Ceretropic don't provide information on is:-
a) How much water do you inject into the vial? and
b) Having done that, what dose of solution do you inject and at what frequency?
Same goes for hydrafinil. What dosage of the powder do I take? Do I just swallow it mixed in a liquid like juice or something?

I learned after screwing up my Semax dosing that you need to use specific syringes to dose the water properly. I was confused as to why the water didn't have a measuring line. I got so annoyed with researching and reading different things and having to figure out which syringes go with which needles with which threadings yadda yadda I wound up not ever using it. I'm sure for someone used to the process its incredibly simple, but to me who has never injected anything it was like walking my grandmother through using a computer by having her follow poorly written forum posts.
So.. no more injections for me.
I'm used to nootropics companies not mentioning human dosing at all for legal reasons, so I expected it.
