I haven't used it personally yet but:

Found nothing on the sort with this herb, but that did remind me that vitex agnus castus does that; I can't recall any commonalities between the two herbs, but can't rule this 'benefit' out since it has been reported before with another herb.
Maybe polygala has benefits in PMS? No clue.

I don't know how to begin researching this claim, so no leads

That claim could be the antistress effects seen in immobilization studies in rodents, or a possibly anxiolytic effect; I guess it could calm the spirit?

My spirit is pretty calm, but damn are my breasts sore. I could use a little boob soothing.
