I believe you are mistaken. D-METH has a higher affinity for DA, making it more dopamine heavy?

Lower value = higher affinity

NE DA 5-HT

(d)-Methamphetamine 489 24. 736

(d)-Amphetamine 7.1 110.3 1,765

EDIT: Unless by D-amp, you meant D-methamp ?

No, I mean it is more tipped toward dopamine than balanced out with serotonin. The SERT affinities of D-meth balance out the dopamine release. This makes it a lot smoother than D-amp, which is dopamine heavy. Remember, we are talking about microdosing it. Obviously taking a large dose of meth is going to be too much of both dopamine and serotonin. But the balance that meth has over D-amp is what we are looking for.

I suppose my wording was unclear. Just look at the NE and DA balance of D-amp, and compare it to the more balance (in effects) release that meth has. Meth is smoother, and less of a specific DA/NE dump, with no balance in 5-HT. The NE plays a huge role in this too.

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
