Which of these could be giving me mouth sores?

I have been taking piracetam, L-theanine, noopept, alpha-gpc, and GNC brain health formula. The thing is, I think I noticed the first sore before I started taking the alpha gpc or GNC brain health formula. I'm pretty sure it's the piracetam. Is this something I should be very concerned about?
Could one problem be not enough choline intake? I haven't been really taking a lot of alpha gpc
Update: It's definitely the piracetam. I've stopped taking it, and been taking all the other things, and no more mouth sores. I've ordered some aniracetam so i'll see if that gives me the same problems.

Hmm, that is the only thing that gives me mouth sores every time I use it. I have not heard of it happening with piracetam, but you never know.
