Help-Tianeptine Powder

I know I had seen warnings on here about the stickiness of the powder, but I had no idea it would be this bad.. Like almost impossible to scoop without scraping and even that is hard. The blue containers are small and difficult to manuever in. Anything I can do short of making it into a solution? Wouldn't mind doing it if I only took this stuff at home, but I also take it to work with me. Any assistance is appreciated.

Couldn't I just submerge the vial in the water I am going to use for the solution and leave it there until it's all gone ? Are there any other options to get it out of the bottom and the sides ? If it was caused by humidity can it be "dehydrated" again in some way ?

You can try. Without the right temperature and a lot of stirring, it will not form a solution. You can make a suspension, but then dosing is not accurate.
