Acute treatment was performed by immersing zebrafish for 20 or 90 m in in a 3-L plastic beaker containing piracetam (100, 400, or 700mg/L) prior to testing. Piracetam was also administered chronically by adding 200mg/L piracetam to the home tank water for 7 or 8 days.
That's a funny way to do it, but I guess that is really the only way to dose fish that small.
