Himalayas Bacopa - Unwanted side effect, normal or heavy metals?

There's a lot of debate about which brand of Bacopa have a suitable amount of (or preferably lack thereof) heavy metals. I know that the side effect of heavy metal poisoning is sensitivity to smells but I just wanted to confirm with you guys since I wasn't 100% sure.
It only occurred after taking it for 2-3 days. I do get a sensitivity to smell. I noticed cigarettes, semen, other smells all became nauseating. I smoke sometimes when I study and the smell of my fingers repulsed me. The sensitivity to smell reminded me of the description given to pregnant women where absolutely every smell makes them want to throw up.
This was the only side effect I noticed. I just wanted to confirm it was heavy metals and not a normal side effect of bacopa. I also wondered if that's a negligible side effect or not since I don't have any other symptoms. It doesn't really worsen over time, and it immediately went away after I stopped taking it (within 24 hours my sense of smell was normal) and I thought heavy metals took longer to get removed from the body.
tl;dr: Bacopa gives me overpowering sense of smell, should I just trash it?

Cool, thanks! Are you running tests on any other brands?

I was thinking of doing Pure Bulk and Bacognize (Swanson/Vitacost) ones as well.
