Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) with 3rd Party CoA?

Original post in this thread

After reading about concerns regarding heavy metals contamination, I was wondering if anyone ever found a reliable retailer of the Bacopa herb with a proper (3rd party) Certificate of Analysis that showed low contamination?

I had a look at past posts on here but couldn't seem to find a retailer with a 3rd party CoA for Bacopa, but was wondering if this has changed recently or if I've missed the relevant post?

Thanks

I'm interested too. There's a relatively unusual number of studies for Bacopa, permitting some actual systematic review & meta-analysis, and it received relatively high marks in the recent survey, so I've wanted to try it out - but I really don't like how heavy metal contamination is a problem.

(The mods have been considering what to test next and I've supported the Bacopa suggestion, but it may not be chosen and then testing would take a while.)

How about I send a sample from Pure Bulk along with the Himalaya? That will give us the results for one we think is bad, and one we think is good.

Or is there another supplier we should do instead? HSW is an option as well.

Purity/Heavy Metals Testing Results

The results from our latest round of testing are in. We all had a pretty good idea that the Bacognize would fair well, as Nootropics Depot's tests showed. However, we now have 3rd party results confirming it. * Lead- .0

Since there is a lot of concern over the heavy metal content in different Bacopa brands, I thought that I would write Himalaya and ask for the COA for their Brahmi (Bacopa) product. I sent them an email asking for it, an

Are you daft? I posted the 3rd party COA of the exact product you asked for (SR9009). You are deflecting yet again. We have plenty of 3rd party COAs going back years, along with doing a lot of in-house testing. I do not

Most places are shit. I do not trust Swanson. I've used Vitacost before, but I would not say I really trust them. Never heard of Sevenhills Wholefoods. A lot of smaller brands pop up, sell for a bit, then disappear. Seve

Yeah, that's SGS in India. This is one of the labs we were fighting with on their numbers. They kept getting over 50% and we kept getting 24%. They sent us huge packets with testing data, and their methods and documentat

First off, I would like to applaud Pure Encapsulations for giving us this info. It's retarded that I have to be pleasantly surprised that they did, as I think everyone should give us the results. However, it seems everyo
