We tested the Cognitive Nutrition piracetam, and it came back as 100% pure. Not sure if they ship internationally, though. You can always email them and ask.

DO NOT buy from Bioscience Nutra/Cerebral Health. They sold a completely different substance as choline bitartrate, and may have been the cause for sending one Redditor to the hospital.
