Definitely. That's how most all salary/hourly workers pay their taxes. The government knows that if they relied on everyone to save up enough to cover it at the end of the year, people wouldn't have enough. You can request your employer lower the withholding if you want. But for most, that's the best way to handle it.
Definitely get someone to look over your taxes. You'll get money back.
