Where do you think negative information about a small company who sells gray market supplements would come from, other than a tight-knit community that knows who is who?

you shared nothing, a name, a name without meaning to me. you could have shared the specific posts that person talked about the company's reputation, etc but instead you shared a person's profile page with no data relevant to the request.

There's no need to escalate things like this. Arguing back and forth does nobody any good. I understand why you got upset, as his reply to you was flippant. He probably just expected me to jump in, since he linked my name. Normally I would have sooner, but I was out all day.
In any event, Cerebral Health has been having many issues lately. You can find many posts about it by searching "Cerebral Health" on this subreddit. People have been questioning quality of the products they were receiving, and in some cases whether the product was even the substance they were told. Many people were coming to me saying that the choline bitartrate they were receiving was numbing their mouths. After so many reports, I had a couple Redditors send me the packages the received. After testing it myself, and finding it immediately and severely numbed my mouth, the other moderators and I decided to send a sample into the lab for testing. It came back negative for choline bitartrate. Some of the peaks matched on the HPLC, so it was similar. This led us to conclude it was choline salacylate, which is an oral analgesic.

Then there was another incident in which a Redditor got an order of pyritinol from CH in. Within hours of taking it, he was in the hospital after having a seizure. He has been having intermittent seizures ever since. The physical properties of the "pyritinol" did not fit what they should have been. They fit some other more dangerous substances, though. So us moderators decided to purchase another order from them and send in a sample. It is at the lab right now, and the results should be here Tuesday.
Until we get the results, I suggest that nobody purchase from Cerebral Health/Bioscience Neutraceuticals. The choline mixup was unacceptable, but not that harmful. This mixup, if it is indeed the cause, is extremely serious!
