I've been working to create a regiment of supplementation for MDMA/MDA use with the help of /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb 's guidance. Here is what I have come up with:
Pre Roll:
6 Hours before drop:
Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [1st dose]
1 Hour before drop
-Black Pepper Extract 10mg [for MDA] [only dose]
-CoQ10- 100mg [only dose]
-Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [2nd dose]
-Emergen-C packet- (1,000mg vitamin C) [1st dose]
-Grape seed extract- 100mg [1st dose]
-ALCAR(Acetyl L-carnitine)- 500mg [1st dose]
At Drop:
-Na-R-ALA(Na-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid)- 100mg [1st dose]
-Green tea extract- 400mg [1st dose]
During Roll:
Every 2 hours of roll(starting 2 hours after drop):
-Na-R-ALA (Na-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid)100mg [2nd/3rd/4th dose]
3 Hours after drop:
-Emergen-C packet (1,000mg vitamin C) [2nd dose]
-Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [3rd dose]
-Grape seed extract- 100mg [2nd dose]
-ALCAR (Acetyl L-carnitine) 500mg [2nd dose]
-Green tea extract- 400mg [2nd dose]
-N-A-C (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) 500mg [only dose]

While I appreciate the effort you put into compiling this list and spreading awareness about drug safety, I'm not sure your statement is correct. CYP3A4 metabolizes MDMA into MDA, so piperine (being a CYP3A4 inhibitor) is very effective for preventing that from happening. I don't see what benefit can be gained in terms of MDA metabolism.

Piperine would be only useful for MDMA. However, black pepper, which contains piperine, inhibits CYP2D6. It's not the piperine doing it, though. It's other alkamides. Taking black pepper with MDA would slow the metabolism. Taking piperine would do nothing.
