I've been working to create a regiment of supplementation for MDMA/MDA use with the help of /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb 's guidance. Here is what I have come up with:
Pre Roll:
6 Hours before drop:
Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [1st dose]
1 Hour before drop
-Black Pepper Extract 10mg [for MDA] [only dose]
-CoQ10- 100mg [only dose]
-Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [2nd dose]
-Emergen-C packet- (1,000mg vitamin C) [1st dose]
-Grape seed extract- 100mg [1st dose]
-ALCAR(Acetyl L-carnitine)- 500mg [1st dose]
At Drop:
-Na-R-ALA(Na-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid)- 100mg [1st dose]
-Green tea extract- 400mg [1st dose]
During Roll:
Every 2 hours of roll(starting 2 hours after drop):
-Na-R-ALA (Na-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid)100mg [2nd/3rd/4th dose]
3 Hours after drop:
-Emergen-C packet (1,000mg vitamin C) [2nd dose]
-Magnesium Glycinate- 2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg) [3rd dose]
-Grape seed extract- 100mg [2nd dose]
-ALCAR (Acetyl L-carnitine) 500mg [2nd dose]
-Green tea extract- 400mg [2nd dose]
-N-A-C (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) 500mg [only dose]

That looks alright. However, they should not be adding in 5-HTP. Taking 5-HTP before your roll actually dampens the roll if your serotonin levels are normal. If your serotonin levels are low, then you should wait to dose again. Before I knew better, I had a roll ruined by taking 5-HTP the day of. It completely killed it.
The vitamin E, C, B6, and B3 look good; although their dosages are a little low. The magnesium needs be be a higher dose. However, that's a lot of volume. I know why they kept it low. At least they did not use oxide. Citrate is a more bioavaiable form. The L-carnitine should be ALCAR. Without the acetyl group, the molecule cannot pass the blood brain barrier as easily, and cannot permeate cell membranes to deliver the L-carnitine where it's needed. They really need to make it ALCAR instead.
The ALA is ok. However, it's most likely racemic. The half life of racemic ALA is 30min. That's not long enough for their single dose to be totally effective. They should be using Na-R-ALA, but that is more expensive. The CoQ10 is dosed very low. 30mg is nothing....
All in all it's not a horrible supplement. Not nearly as effective as my plan. However, it's kind of hard to get all the supplements you need into a single capsule, even when you dose it in multiples. I have thought about selling packets with all the supplements needed. I could have color coded capsules for the different steps and everything.
