###The overall Goal

Improving joint health.

Aiding the poor eyesight. Temporary cornea scarring during the healing period from a surgery.

Alleviating post-surgery symptoms from the cornea. Esp. mitigating the slow shutter speed effect; it's a bit more blurry than the picture lets on when turning around or reading.

#Supplement goal:
- Nullifying asthma's effects on the vocal cord (Sinuses?) and breathing.
- Restoring sense of smell.
- Aiding cornea (eyesight) healing
- Alleviating chronic fatigue.
- Restoring sense of taste.
- Restoring touch sensation to the left foot and left upper hip - love handle.

#Nootropics goal:
- Nullifying recurring depressions without stimulants.
- Re-establishing a decent memory.
- Increased stamina.
- Increased cognitive functioning.

The energy gained from Rhodiola rosea is hard to pin down in description; best you try yourself.

All–encompassing but mild is the closest description I can give.

Rhodiola rosea has a clear temporary effect. In occasional use I've found it to be potent in <0.7g dosage per 6–8 hours. I weigh 98kg ~216 lbs

Rhodiola rosea has a slight effect on energy for a few hours from first dose during chronic use.

It works and does not seem to build a tolerance across days.

However, it builds tolerance in a day. 1.5g is worse than 0.5g. Although I'm not sure that this isn't subconcious regurgigation of Examine.com – I've spent far more time than is useful in that place.

When it first arrived I tried doses of 0.36g, 0.72g, 1. 08g and 1.44g.

0.36 was noticeable. Mellow but noticable.
0.72g was stronger. A bit of a slow pickup; easily noticed.
1.08g changed nothing.
1.44g made me sleepy.

Yes! Probiotics! I've tried to order an american brand, the damned name escapes me, but it turned tail and went homesick in an european post office. There that venture ended.

What's the monthly cost of yours, why two of them, where can I get them and what's what that sets them apart?

The first probiotic is Florajen 3. It contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Bifidobacterium longum. This is a strong traditional probiotic. It costs $11 for a month supply.

The second is a new supplement that is made from a special fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, called Epicor. It increases immunoglobin A in the mucus membranes around the body, inhibits CD8 suppressor cells to increase killer T cells, acts as a strong antioxidant, as wells a inhibiting NF-kB. It seems to be very effective. I think I got a months supply for around $12.

Possible Fake?

Always make sure it says "sold by Nootropics Depot" when buying from us on Amazon. We have brand protection on there, which is supposed to prevent hijacking of our listings. However, they seem to have found a way around

Has anyone tried Excelerol? I'm interested in trying it because it is apparently one of the best nootropics out there, but I'm a bit suspicious because I've never heard anyone talk about it on this subreddit.

Whoever left the review calling Rhodiola Crenulata "nap in a bottle"...

See, this is why I try to explain that we are all so different. For the average person, the crenulata is stimulating. However, some people have paradoxical reactions to things.

So which products are getting the axe?

Replying to anexanhume · Rhodiola Rosea is now endangered, so unless ND changes to a synthesized version like NNB is doing, it may go away.

We are actually working with a company that is cell culturing plants in vats, and Rhodiola is one of them. We think that is the future, if they can bring costs down.
