Dietary EGCG and Choline

A. I bought green tea bags, and have been ripping them open and drinking the leaves with my 5-htp.
1. Does anybody -know- if bags are lower in EGCG than loose leaves? I couldn't find loose leaves in my super market.
2. Is it fair to say it's safe to eat the leaves from a bag directly like that?
B. How many eggs could I eat until I can afford to order a choline source? I do love eggs.
Does cooking the eggs reduce the choline content?
None of my searching online would provide any direct answers to the questions. Just generic responses from 'fad' websites about "get enough EGCG from green tea!"

Only aniracetam and piracetam. And the aniracetam information is limited.

Yeah, I saw that. They have a lot of info on other substances, though. Also, Google Scholar is a good place to find studies. They are not always easy to follow, but may lead you down interesting paths.
